Bugbox Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Bugbox’s services and purchasing our products. By accessing our services, whether in-person or online, or by purchasing any robots or related products from Bugbox ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.
1. General
1.1 Scope.
These Terms apply to all users of Bugbox’s services, including in-person facilitation events, robot sales, and any warranties provided by Bugbox. They constitute a binding agreement between you and Bugbox.
1.2 Modifications.
Bugbox reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our services or products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The information in these Terms is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as legal advice. Please consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
2. In-Person Facilitation Services
2.1 Service Description.
Bugbox offers in-person facilitation services for events, demonstrations, workshops, and other activities (the "Facilitation Services"). These services are designed to provide guidance, training, and demonstrations of our products.
2.2 Registration and Conduct.
Registration: Prior registration is required to participate in any in-person facilitation event. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Conduct: You agree to comply with all instructions provided by Bugbox staff and to behave in a manner that does not endanger yourself, other participants, or Bugbox property.
Liability: While Bugbox takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participating in in-person events. Bugbox is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of the Facilitation Services.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling.
Bugbox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in-person events for any reason, including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, subject to our refund policy.
3. Robot Sales
3.1 Product Orders.
Ordering: All orders for robots are subject to acceptance by Bugbox. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment: Prices for our robots are listed on our website or provided directly by our sales team. All payments must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bugbox.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and Bugbox is not liable for any delays beyond our control. The risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery as defined by our shipping policy.
3.2 Product Specifications.
Bugbox endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
3.3 Order Cancellation and Returns.
Orders may be canceled within a specified period before shipment, as detailed in our order confirmation communications. Returns and exchanges for robot products are subject to our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
4.1 Limited Warranty.
Coverage: Bugbox provides a limited warranty for its robot products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions: The limited warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear,
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized repair or modification,
Issues arising from improper installation or use not in accordance with Bugbox guidelines.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim under the warranty, you must contact Bugbox customer service within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Bugbox reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund any defective product at our discretion.
4.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties.
Except for the express warranties provided above, Bugbox disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4.3 Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall Bugbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to the use of our products or services, even if Bugbox has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Bugbox’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership.
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property used on the Bugbox website or provided as part of our services and products are the property of Bugbox or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
5.2 License.
Bugbox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bugbox is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6.2 Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Bugbox’s services or products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration forum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bugbox may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
7.2 Entire Agreement.
These Terms, together with any policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bugbox regarding your use of our services and products and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
